Moray was a Graduate Trainee at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1983, after studying Law at Christ's College, Cambridge.
He was appointed Joint Managing Director in 1993.
He left the Agency with Maurice and Charles in 1995 to help found M&C Saatchi.
As Worldwide CEO, Moray is responsible for the network.
